Accredible Digital Credentials

The need:
Texas A&M-San Antonio wanted to implement Accredible’s digital credentials for university-wide use. Achieving this goal necessitated web-based training for staff, students, and faculty. The training needed to cover various aspects, including digital badge design, utilization of Accredible membership and admin privileges, and proficiency in a variety of technical systems.

The solution:
To address this requirement, I designed and developed an instructional system that equipped users with comprehensive knowledge of Accredible. The system comprised Storyline 360 modules, job aids, and videos, all compiled into a SCORM-compliant package hosted on the Blackboard learning management system. Through my instructional system, users gained the ability to perform administrative and creative duties, while independently distributing digital certificates and badges through Accredible.
