The Needs: An English language academy runs from an apartment in Nagasaki, Japan. The owner wanted to explore digital alternatives to augment into her classes. She requested solutions for a blended-learning path that incorporated interactive modules with the topics at hand.
The Solutions: With the insights and available materials collected from the SME, I designed and developed eLearning modules for Cozy English Academy with Storyline 3 and Camtasia. These additions aligned with learning objectives and desired outcomes for the topics covered.
The Results: This approach led to a significant increase in customer acquisition and a 308.64% growth in revenue. Local parents were impressed with the innovative ways their children were learning English.
