The Needs: Educators need online training that is practical, engaging, and easy to fit into their busy schedules. The challenge was to turn the valuable insights of ASCD authors into dynamic, effective online modules that cater to the diverse needs of teachers and school leaders.
The Solutions: Working closely with ASCD authors and a creative team, I transformed complex educational content into concise, engaging lessons. This involved simplifying dense material, and breaking videos into short, impactful segments.
The Results: Content was successfully migrated and upgraded to ASCD’s in-house LMS. I didn’t stay long enough to see evaluations of the learning beyond our initial feedback from our users which were more positive in terms of user experience.
