The Needs: Texas A&M-San Antonio wanted Accredible’s digital credentials to be used by the university. Training was requested to be done on Blackboard LMS for an audience that included staff, students, and faculty.
The Solutions: I developed a comprehensive instructional system that provided users with in-depth instruction on the use of the Accredible platform. Micro-learning in the form of modules, videos, and job aids were organized within an asynchronous online learning experience.
The Results: Users handled administrative and creative tasks independently when designing and distributing digital certificates and badges. Unfortunately, the organization decided that Accredible was no longer of interest before any further evaluations could be determined.
